A delegation from Seoul National University School of Dentistry (SNUSD), led by Dean Professor Ho Beom Kwon, Associate Dean Professor Ji Man Park, and Chair of Dentistry & Head of International Affairs Ji Woon Park, visited West China School of Stomatology, Sichuan University (WCSS SCU) on December 9th.

Dean Professor Xianglong Han warmly welcomed the SNUSD delegation and the two parties delved deeply into faculty and student exchanges, joint scientific research projects, and other collaborative endeavors. Both WCSS and SNUSD expressed positive expectations and visions for potential future collaborations, outlining a shared vision for growth and advancement in the field of stomatology.

In the afternoon, the "WCSS-SNUSD Joint Symposium on Dental, Oral and Craniofacial Science ", jointly organized by the WCSS SCU and SNUSD, was successfully held. Professors Ji Man Park and Ji Woon Park from SNUSD, alongside Professors Junyu Chen and Chunjie Li from WCSS presented on topics including digital technology in dentistry, diagnosis of temporomandibular joint disorder, bone tissue regeneration, and minimally invasive treatment of head and neck tumor. This was followed by an engaging discussion session, characterized by lively interactions between the faculty members and students. The symposium was chaired by Vice Dean Professor Shen Jiefei.
