14 May 2025, WCSS delegation visited Singapore’s National Dental Centre (NDCS), where both institutions formalized a Memorandum of Understanding. 

Under the leadership of Prof. Yang Zheng, Vice Dean of WCSS and Prof Lui Jeen Nee, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of NCDS, the two sides engaged in strategic dialogues on next-generation healthcare infrastructure, smart facility management, pediatric dentistry development, and AI clinical applications. The delegation conducted working sessions with NDCS leadership and observed patient-centric operational models during facility tours at NDCS and Singapore General Hospital. 

This partnership establishes a sustainable framework for advancing talent development and research innovation, enabling both institutions to jointly enhance patient care through collaborative excellence.
