Students from WCSS achieved outstanding results at the first National Postgraduate Innovation & Tech-Transfer Competition, winning one gold and two silver medals. The event was hosted at Inner Mongolia Medical University on August 10th.

Supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Ministry of Education, the competition brought together 306 teams from 84 universities and hospitals across the country. With the theme “Innovate, Translate, Inspire,” it encouraged master’s and doctoral candidates to transform research breakthroughs into practical solutions.

Rooted in research-driven education, WCSS embeds innovation into every stage of training, empowering them to translate ideas into real-world impact and contribute to national needs. Moving forward, the school will continue to support interdisciplinary projects and nurture the next generation of scientists.
