On July 8th and 10th, 2019, 16 international students from the National University of Singapore, the University of Bradford in the UK, Arizona State University in the US, the University of Oakland in the US, VIA University School of Nursing in Denmark, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and Curtin University of Australia attended the nursing college’s summer international exchange camp in our school.

On July 8th afternoon, an exchange symposium was held in West China Hall. Jianxun Sun, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of our hospital, introduced the history and current achievements of West China School of Stomatology. Fan Liu, the director of the nursing department, introduced the nursing work in our hospital. After the symposium, these students visited Chinese Stomatology Museum and departments of Endodontics and Pediatric Dentistry of our hospital.

The two-day visit was fruitful. The students exchanged academic ideas and built up the bridge of friendship. It not only allowed international students to understand features and styles of dental care in West China Hospital of Stomatology, but also broadened the international horizons of our nursing staff with mutual benefits.
