On August 29th, 2019, International Association for Dental Research (IADR) China Division held its 15th Distinguished Young Investigator Competition in Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center. Two scholars from our school, Dr. Xiang Lin and Dr. Li Taiwen, were awarded the First Prize.

Dr. Xiang Lin and Dr. Li Taiwen, as the members of 2018 New Seedling project of West China School of Stomatology, gave lectures entitled “The effect of CGRP-mediated immune response in implant osseointegration”and“Integrating Large-scale Molecular Profiles to Inform Cancer Immunity and Oral Precancerous Condition” respectively. Their reports were highly praised by the judges and they were both awarded with the First Prize. They will  represent China in the finals of 2020 IADR Hatton Competition & Awards.
