On November 30th, the “2019 National Hospital Arena Finals” co-hosted by National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China and CN-Healthcare came to a successful end in Beijing. Our hospital’s case of Optimizing the Flow Management of Oral Day Surgery stood out in southwest division and finally won the National Demonstration Case in the final match.

Besides, in the final match of southwest area, the cases of The Practice and Application of Constructing a Special Long-distance Medical Service Mode of Hospital-doctor-patient at Basic Level and Happiness in Old Age Begins from Health Tooth were awarded the most valuable cases. In addition, the case of Six-step Method Promoting Comfortable Dental Treatment was rated as the excellent case.

These four cases respectively focused on continual optimization of oral day surgery, radiating long-distance medical care to base level areas, improving treatment flow and comfortable treatment, which mainly introduced measures and methods our hospital made to increase patient satisfactory and improve medical service to practice our service concept of “everything take patient as center”.
