“2018 National Hospital Arena Contest of Further Improving Medical Services Action Program” co-hosted by National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China and CN-Healthcare is in full swing. Total 3055 cases submitted by 1200 hospitals were separated into six competition areas. Two cases of The Belt and Road minimizes the distance-West China Hospital of Stomatology Junior Coalition Construction and Create a First-class Environment and Do First-class Service provided by our hospital were finally advanced to “Top 10 Value Cases of 2018 National Hospital Competition in Southwest Division” after expert evaluation.

The case of The Belt and Road Minimizes the Distance-West China Hospital of Stomatology Junior Coalition Construction introduced that our hospital practiced The Belt and Road propose and persisted in oral medical help in minority areas including Tibet, Xinjiang, and Sichuan, which would actually lead and promote the oral medical level of entire West Area.

The case of Create a First-class Environment and Do First-class Service introduced that our hospital provided special humanized service including optimizing the medical process, building signboard navigation system, using robot diagnosis system to increase the patient satisfactory. Until July 2018, the patient satisfactory degree achieved 94.8%, ranking among the best in Sichuan province.

These awards were affirmation of our hospital's medical management work. Our hospital will do the best to further boost medical service revolution and provide better oral medical service.
