On October 29, 2023, the 9th Board Meeting of the International Association for Dental Research (IADR) Chinese Division was held in the West China Hospital of Stomatology (WCHS), attended by delegates from 25 units of the IADR Chinese Division.

Professor Zhuan Bian, Immediate Past President of the IADR Chinese Division, made a concluding report. The meeting approved the list of new board members and held a handover ceremony for the Presidency. Professor Ling Ye, Vice President of Sichuan University and Dean of West China School of Stomatology, Sichuan University was selected as the President of the IADR Chinese Division.

IADR is an international academic organization with the greatest influence and the highest level in the field of stomatology. Since its establishment in 1999, the IADR Chinese Division, under the leadership of the Chinese Stomatological Association, has gradually grown to become the second-largest division with more members than the others.
