West China Journal of Stomatology (CN: 51-1169/R, ISSN: 1000-1182), founded in 1983, is a peer-reviewed bimonthly journal, sponsored by West China School of Stomatology of Sichuan University.

The journal aims to facilitate the exchange of ideas and knowledge among dentists, researchers, and clinicians worldwide. It publishes original basic research, clinical research, case report, methodological introduction, and clinical decision covering all aspects of stomatology from basic science to clinical practice. Topics of particular interest within the journal's scope include but are not limited to oral microbiology; oral and maxillofacial oncology; cariology; oral inflammation and infection; dental stem cells and regenerative medicine; craniofacial surgery; dental material; oral biomechanics; dental implants; oral, dental, maxillofacial genetic and developmental diseases.
